A cartoon on US Exit Strategy, funny but I have to say it’s a cool piece.

Not one that will help you graduate, if it helps do anything it’s drop out.
Never the less, fun place to waste time.

110 Best Books: The Perfect Library

I don’t enjoy reading too much and this is a pretty hefty list of books.
But I have to say, from my reading experience, this is a great list.
Very well compiled (from ‘Classics’ to ‘Poetry’) and a great reference if you’re looking for a good old read.

*****

Photogenics

The Face Bank

If there’s one item you don’t need in life it’s a Face Bank.
Have you ever want to feed a face some coin?
I haven’t, but there could be a reader out there who does, and that’s what I’, here for.
That one reader.
But seriously, there’s no need to have a face on a mat to eat my money!

*****

ApriPoko

Looks like a pet ipod, but is really a high tech remote control substitute.
Read the article for more details, but this guy is definitely an interesting endeavor for Toshiba.

*****

My Sister’s Secret Life

Ever wonder what it would be like if you were watching a porn and saw a family member?
Well, Robert doesn’t wonder, because Robert had it come true.

Another site similar to NotCot but not NotCot.
This site also has a “Job Board” for media related fields.
Also has a cool message board called “Public Voice” that’s pretty nifty.

Wejetset

Very specialized store for the travler.
I’d like to be, but am not, a traveler.
I did happen to find a wallet I like,
and a cool messenger bag that I’d actually carry around.

Article on “Kluster”

Take note of the first paragraph:
Every new idea will meet its skeptics. Radical concepts, however, often take a greater amount of time to justify and coax critics onto its side – and Kluster was no exception. “The toughest part about launching the several initiatives we have done at Kluster has been convincing our clients (and sometimes our investors) that doing something very different is okay. A normal response is, “But, that’s not how this kind of thing is usually done.” Of course this isn’t how it’s usually done! That’s why it’s effective, exciting, and worth while. If this were normal, we wouldn’t be here. We have overcome these obstacles by surrounding ourselves with people and organizations that realize that in order to reach new goals you have to use new techniques.”
I love the way Ben Kaufman describes how “doing something very different is okay.”
Some say “That’s now how this kind of thing is usually done,” and Kaufman says “That’s why it’s effective, exciting, and worth while.”
“In order to reach new goals you have to use new techniques.”
